Like many people, our journey to discover our love of tea started with plain old tea bags, everyday tea. However, our travels and work introduced us to real loose-leaf teas, and that opened our eyes to what is really out there to be enjoyed, either in a private moment or with friends.

Over the years, we have been lucky to be exposed to some very exclusive hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants and the odd Royal palace or two.

Great hospitality starts with a drink, and that is often tea in these formal settings. The selection of tea, how that tea is prepared and served is just the beginning. Drinking tea - taking tea is an experience - one we want to share.

People have a wide range of experiences with tea already, from herbal teas, Earl Grey, etc., through to iced teas.

What many people don't realize is, you can get a lot more out of your tea experience if you have a little more knowledge - like brewing your own Peach Oolong Iced tea, an amazing summer drink, that is so easy to make, and a world away from those big brand shop-bought iced teas.

And so our journey begins!
